How do I request a username and password?
To request a username and password, send an email via the Contact Form with your first and last name (maiden) and parent name who is related to Henson-Nevels.
My account is locked out. How can I log back in?
Your account has been locked out because there were three failed log in attempts. Send an email via the Contact Form and advise. Your account will be unlocked within 24 hours and then you will be able to change your password via the log in screen by clicking, Lost Password.
I want to highlight one of our family members doing something positive whether its marriage, a new baby, graduation, etc. How can I do that?
To add a story for the website, please send an email via the Contact Form and someone will contact you.
I have not received a username/password yet, is there a problem?
If you have not received a username/password yet, it is probably due to us trying to verify your relation to Henson-Nevels. Please allow up to seven days (1 week) for verification to occur. If we can not verify your information, you will be denied full access to our website.
Can anyone sign up to use all features of the website?
No. To access all features of this website, you will need to request a username and password. If you do not have a username and password, you can only view the public pages. See how to request a username.
How do I sign-up for the annual Henson-Nevels newsletter?
Once you are a member on this site, you will have access to sign up for our annual newseletter. Go to the Family Gatherings web page once you are signed in.
How can I provide ideas for the website?
Ideas for the website can be provided on our Contact Form. Remember this is a Family site and all ideas are welcomed and may be considered for inclusion.
How do I add family photos to this site?
To submit photos to add to this site’s gallery, send an email via the Contact Form and the Adminstrator will contact you via email.
What are family dues used for?
Family dues are used for various things; some of those things are park shelter fees for reunions, gifts for raffles and games, outings, etc.
