My new biography on Josiah Henson (The Road to Dawn) and my new documentary (narrated by Danny Glover – and starring Terrence Vick and Stephanie Nevels) come out TOMORROW!
I’ll be hitting the road to drive 10,000 miles (16,000kms) to do 20 LIVE events, plus there will be 110+ other screening events happening.
We could use all the help to spread the word tomorrow, May 15th:
1. Email EVERYONE you know!
a) Send an email blast to your friends and family. Let them know your thoughts on the book, encourage them to buy copies and tell their friends, and include these links:

2. Amazon.COM reviews
By having lots of super positive reviews on launch day, it helps Amazon realize “hey, this is an important book and we should show it to other readers.” So, basically anytime after midnight tonight, scroll down to the review section, click “Write a customer review” button, and tell the world about The Road to Dawn! Thank you so much.
3. Social Media
In addition to an email, you can also share the trailer on social media like Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Thanks again for your help on getting Josiah’s story back out into the world. It’s going to take a TON of work to ensure he ends back in history textbooks, but it’s that one-by-one word-of-mouth that you’re doing that helps make it a reality.
